Can’t imagine I’m going to get a groundswell of support here, but it’s worth a shot. I’m thinking of Apache + mod_lisp + SBCL or Clozure CL + maybe UCW. Alternately, bag Apache and just install Hunchentoot or Portable AllegroServe. Pointers to packages can be found at http://www.cliki.net/web or feel free to contact me (or the authors).

Assuming there are no closet Lispers at Bitnami, is this something I could do myself with the BitRock installer (or even the hinted-at BitNami open source installer) or would I need to pay for a BitRock custom stack? (I can take discussion over there, if that’s the right way to approach this.)

Hi Thom,

Wow, this is certainly old school :) Let us have a look and follow up with you on this.

Best regards

Daniel

Not Paul Graham fans, I take it. Old school is the new new school. ;)

Actually big fans, I have fond memories of my Lisp-coding days, it is just that this is definitely not mainstream :)

Ah, well, I have to agree with you there, though I worked for a while at ITA Software, who use Lisp as a core piece of their technology.

Thanks for looking into this. I won’t hold my breath.
