phpBB - confirmation code

I used the bitnami image to launch an Amazon EC2 with the phpBB stack. Everything works except when you try and register the confirmation code image never shows up. Firebug Console shows this error

any ideas?

Could you post the exact phpBB version or AMI that you are using? We will investigate it.
