Remove Bitnami Landing Page

If you are using a PHP application check the Wiki to see how to modify the URL. Another option is to remove the index.html file and write simple redirection page: `<html> <body onLoad = "parent.location = 'http://your_ip/your_app'"> Redirection ... </body> </html>`
