Upgrade from Drupal 6.15 to 6.16

I’ve had Drupal stack 6.15 installed a few weeks. There is a new version, 6.16 out. What is the procedure for upgrading to the new 6.16 stack?

Hi, you can follow the normal upgrade steps from the official Drupal site or you can install the new stack and migrate the database.

I tried doing the normal upgrade. Copied the downloaded files into the install directory, copied the backup files. When I try to perform the upgrade.php I get the page not found. Any clue why?

Are you trying to access to http://127.0.0.1/drupal/upgrade.php ? Could you post the Apache log file /apache2/logs/access.log?
