akeeba kickstart

Hi, i am having trouble with akeeba kickstart.

Could not open /opt/bitnami/apps/joomla/htdocs/installation/README.html for writing.

is the Joomla stack compatible with akeeba kickstart?

“write to files” = Directly

Not sure of the ftp credentials. So couldnt select FTP.

The stack is running in an AWS amazon cloud.

[solved]

sudo chmod -R 777 /opt/bitnami/apps/joomla/htdocs/

Hi,

I’m glad to hear this but my suggestion is that you should check which files should the akeeba kickstart write access and change only these files.
