running multiple wordpress installs off one MAMP install?

Hi,

I have what is probably a very noob question, but I can’t seem to find an answer looking through the forums.

I’m running the MAMP stack for OSX, and I’m running the WP module.

I’d like to be able to run multiple installs of wordpress of one MAMP install, is that possible? And is there a resource somewhere that will take me through how to do it?

Currently it is not possible do it with the BitNami modules. This is a feature that we want to support however I’m afraid that in the meantime you will need to install them manually.

A BitNami user wrote this HOW TO for Joomla. It should be similar for WordPress…
