Recovering a Mediawiki password?

I created an account for myself on Mediawiki, but I forgot the password. Is it possible to go into phpMyAdmin and recover the password? |

I do not know if it is possible. I think that you can login as admin user on MediaWiki and delete or create another account. Another option is to configure the SMTP server to let MediaWiki send emails and you can recover the user password. |
