Help Required: How to access moodle from external machines

Hi,
We have installed moodle on our home PC and we have made necessary router settings for port forwarding. It installed well and all the machines in our network are able to access moodle, but when external machines are trying to connect, the page is not opening.

Please could anybody let me know step by step procedure to make the necessary router settings and moodle settings that makes the moodle to be accessed by external machines.

Moodle requires to specify the public IP in the /apps/moodle/config.php script. Try to update the URL in this file and access from an external machine.
