redmine access other users

I wanted to ask something that I didnt understand yet – If I am creating a new user and I want him to sign in from his computer (not the computer I installed the software)
how can he do it?

What is the way that he will success to sign in from his house (by the web) to the software with my own DB.

You can access to the Redmine application from other computers in the same network. You can specify the IP address of the machine where you installed the application from a browser.
