how to merge or create patches on multiple revision?

Is it possible to merge two or more patches through svn so output file will show all previous and current changes in file. I really appreciate your help

Not sure what is the exact question. Subversion is a control version system so you can commit the changes in the repository and the server will integrate your changes automatically.
