Problem with saving Admin

I have problem with trying to save some properties like new logo in the system settings. I choose the JPG file and click Save button and it all seems ok, but no change apply!?

Antoher example is when trying to rename tab. Change the tab name, click save but no change apply.

Is there something wrong with permissions, or??

Yep there is an issue with permissions that we have fixed but not released yet. Have you installed the Stack on Linux or OS X as root user?

On Linux (OpenSuse) as root user.
Is there any cookbook which dirs have to be chmoded or the new release should be out in couple days so i could wait?

As a workaround try the following:

sudo chown -R daemon:daemon installdir/apps/sugarcrm/htdocs
