how to work with SVN?

Hello!
I downloaded and installed trac for windows (native).on the LAN I go http://192.168.1.20:8080/trac/Project
and see what works trac.
but it is now working with a repository and fill my code there?
whether you need something to configure? How to connect TortoiseSVN?

Hi,
