Install issue- install Babel.bat system cannot find

I am installing bitnami-trac-0.12.2-0-windows-installer.exe and getting the following message during installation.

“..BitnamiTracStack/pthonPackage/install Babel.bat system cannot find the path specified. The application will exit now.”

Do anybody know how to solve this problem?

Hi,

Do you have a previous Python version installed on your system? We will try to reproduce on our side.

I do not have a previous Python version installed.

Hi,

Could you attach the installation log file? You can find it in the TEMP folder: bitrock_installation_XXX.log

No bitrock_installation_XXX.log file was generated.
Attached is the error message.

When I installed CollabNet Subversion Edge it created a Environment Variable for Python. After deleting the environment variable, Bitnami installed with no problem.

Hi,

Thanks for letting us know. We will add a validation in the installer in order to avoid this issue. Do you remember which was exact environment variable? PYTHON_HOME or any other environment variable?
