503 Service Temporarily Unavailable

I’m on Ubuntu Linux, after starting tracks with ctlscript.sh it gives me a 503 error when accessing tracks but not plain old 127.0.0.1 or localhost. How can I fix this?

Hi,

It is strange. Are the servers running? Try “ctlscript.sh status”. It seems that the ruby servers (mongrels) are not started before Apache starts. Could you restart only Apache using “ctlscript.sh restart apache” ? Could you access at http://127.0.0.1:3001/tracks ? Could you post your last entries of your apache2/logs/error_log file?
