can't start track

I really would like to use Track, but I can’t seem to get it to work. The installation seemed to run fine, but when I selected to start Track I was shown a message to restart Firefox. After restarting Firefox (and rebooting the os) I tried opening Track using http://127.0.0.1:8080/, that didn’t work. I’m not sure MySQL or Apache are running… they weren’t showing in the process list. I tried using the ctlscript, but “the file cannot be found”.
I’m running this under Lubuntu 10.04 64-bit and Firefox 3.6.8.
Your help would be very much appreciated.

Do you have a blank screen when opening the correct url or just a page not found ?
