How do i change the default port?
for instance i want to change it from the default :80 to :82

Hi,

You can do this modifying apache configuration file: /opt/bitnami/apache2/conf/httpd.conf

Just replace the following line with the number where you want Apache to be running

Listen 80

Then, restart the server running:

/opt/bitnami/ctlscript.sh restart apache

You may need to open the new port in the firewall as well. You can follow the steps described in “How to configure the Firewall?” in our FAQ: http://bitnami.com/faq/virtual_machines
