error with virtual box

im running an image with virtual box and windows 7 host and getting the following error:

org.alfresco.error.AlfrescoRuntimeException: 05060012 Failed to authenticate as Guest user.
caused by:
org.alfresco.error.AlfrescoRuntimeException: 05060011 Failed to get server IP address
caused by:
java.net.UnknownHostException: win-ot7vhgu2iqx: win-ot7vhgu2iqx
+++++++++++++++

I have the web traffic forwarded to port 8080 and trying to access alfresco with localhost:8080.

Is there any settings in Alfresco that I need to change so it will not look at the host IP?

Hi,

Did you modified the machine hostname? It seems that your system can not resolve the hostname “win-ot7vhgu2iqx”. Try to add the hostname in the hosts file:

ot7vhgu2iqx 127.0.0.1
