Is There A GUI To SSH Into An EC2 Instance On Mac OSX

I’ve looked everywhere on the net and haven’t found a guide that explains how to SSH into an Amazon EC2 Instance using a program such as Cyberduck or Filezilla. Is this possible?

My computer is running Mac Osx. I’d prefer to have a GUI instead of learning how to use terminal.
