Question About This Stack

Is this stack similar to say IIS where I can install a variety of platforms from a list such as WP or Drupal directly from a menu style setup?

I am running Win 7. If so is WAMPStack 1.2-1 the proper download?

Also what does the PostgreSQL 1.2-1 addon do?

Sorry I do not understand your question. If you install WAMP Stack you can install modules on top of it: Wordpress, Drupal or any other BitNami module. The PostgreSQL add-on install PostgreSQL on top of the WAMP Stack so you can use MySQL or PostgreSQL.
