Servicerun.bat not working. How do I start WAPP?

Installed on vista. servicerun.bat does nothing even with admin permissions.

Quick guide is vague and worthless to someone who doesn’t know how to already install all this stuff. Says to use command line. used windows cmd. Didnt work. The cmd that opens when you run use_wappstack.bat. nothing.

The read me says to use the “lappctl.sh utility.” Doesn’t say what that is so I googled it and only the read me file from this site comes up. lol.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

You can start/stop the servers using the Windows shortcuts. Also try to access to the Windows command prompt as Administrator user and type “servicerun.bat START”. This should start the Apache and PostgreSQL services. If you continue having problems please check if your firewall is bocking the ports.
