Can't View Custom WP Theme

I successfully downloaded Bitnami, running native on MAC. Then purchased a custom WP theme and installed both thru the dashboard and manually into the themes folder. I can see the structure of the theme in place, but cannot see any of the background, slider or image. I can right click where I know an image is… open in new tab, search for that file name and it says cannot be found…. but I can see it is in the folder.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

Could you try to upload the theme in a zip format from the Wordpress admin panel?
