Mac OSX Install - No Welcome Screen

I am currently trying to install a Bitnami wordpress (Intel) stack on Mac OS X (version 10.6.8 with 2.66GHz Intel Core i7). Whenever, I have tried to open the installer after unzipping, it asks if I want to open an application from the internet to which I click OK but there is no welcome screen even after waiting for 10 minutes. I have tried turning off any firewalls and was wondering if there is a way round this or whether I have done something wrong? |

Fixed it by opening up the package contents and manually starting the intel installation in Terminal. |
