How can I install apc in this stack?

Where is the php.ini in this stack?

Thanks.

I did following two command:

sudo apt-get install php-apc
sudo /etc/init.d/apache2 restart

But it doesn’t work.

Any advice?

Hi,

You can find the APC installation steps at http://wiki.bitnami.com/Components/PHP#How_to_install_APC_module.3f

Notice that the latest LAMP Stack also ships APC module and you only have to enable in php.ini file.

There are 2 php.ini files.
Which one should I modify?

/opt/bitnami/php/etc/php.ini
/etc/php5/apache2/php.ini

Thanks

I edited this one
/opt/bitnami/php/etc/php.ini
and restart apache, but still the apc didn’t appear on phpinfo.php
Any idea?

That is strange. Check that you are showing the phpinfo file in the bitnami apache server and not in a different server.
