Hi,

You can access to mysql database using the following command from a terminal:

$ cd /Applications/mampstack-*
$ mysql/bin/mysql -u root -p

You can also use the “use_mampstack” script to run any binary included in the Stack:

$ cd /Applications/mampstack-*
$ ./use_mampstack
$ mysql -u root -p
$ php -version

I hope it helps.
