Why use the Bitnami Open Atrium Stack?
Bitnami makes it easy to run Open Atrium in the cloud, locally or virtually. The Bitnami Open Atrium Stack is:
We track every release of Open Atrium and update our stack shortly after it's released.
If serious security issues are discovered, we provide new versions of Open Atrium as soon as possible, often within hours of the availability of a fix.
With Bitnami, you get the same software stack and configuration regardless of where you are deploying Open Atrium or other Bitnami Applications. This makes it easy to migrate between different platforms.
With the Bitnami Open Atrium Stack stack compiling, configuring and all of its dependencies are taken care of, so it works out-of-the-box.

Open Atrium is an incredibly versatile application and really helped organize an extensive library of projects team members are working on and will be working on now and in the future.
Thanks Open Atrium and Bitnami.
Installing the bitnami stack under DigitalOcean works fine, but when creating any sections or content then it comes to an end.
The wizard on the homepage that should help to create first content spaces and sections shows a panel that can not be scrolled or used unless you zoom the browser to 50%.
Then after creating a first space with admin menus, I created a section (type of content: discussion-type) that heavily could be arranged to be part of the space.
Then I got regularily error messages like 'Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in node_page_title() (line 2200 of path..'. ).
Furthermore I was not able to create any discussion post related to that section. All posts were created without any relation to sections.
And so on.
The user interface looks really fine, also the usability of the admin menu. But too much values and options have obviously no useful default values, so that the software is NOT usable out of the box. I tried 2x to install without any usable result. Finally after many hours I gave up.
Please prepare the stack better for usability of sections and contents. Otherwise it doesn't work.
As one reviewer mentioned a platform with so much versatility comes less ability to create useful defaults. This is not something to build yourself one website, this will help you build sites for myriads of collaborative use cases. This is not a beginner suite but for those familiar with Drupal 7 you will understand the basics.
